Paper embroidery artist Leah Nikolaou offers this beautiful kit which teaches you how to embroider a crochet bag onto this beautilful presssed flower museum quality print. As well as the pressed flowers the print has a pre printed embroidery template which is digitally printed and shows where to pierce the paper. It's a bit like doing dot-to-dot but with wool rather than a pencil. It is suitable for a complete beginner as everything is fully explained.
This piece of paper art is A3 in size and is printed on a giclee archive paper which has a watercolour like quality.
The pressed bluebells, iris, catmint and aquilegia are all flowers that I grew in my garden, pressed and captured digitally for this print.
Paper Embroidery Kit contains:
1 x Large A3 giclee print approx 29.7cm wide x 42cm high (11.64 x 16.54 inches.)
1 x instruction leaflet
1 x needle
4 x tapestry skeins
NOTE! The box it comes in can be used as a matt to place under the paper when piercing the holes! Check out my paper embroidery guide.
